Application Form for Institutes Desirous of Having IAPA Fellowship in Paediatric Anaesthesia

The Indian Association of Paediatric Anaesthesiologists (IAPA) is offering one year fellowships in Paediatric Anaesthesia. The purpose of these fellowships is to enhance the quality of paediatric anaesthesia and to make anaesthesiologists skilled in the sub-specialty of paediatric anaesthesia.

The pre-requisites of the course are set out in the information leaflet attached. A one-time fees of Rs. 25,000 will be charged per institution for the purpose of accreditation and a DD addressed to "Indian Association of Paediatric Anaesthesiologists (IAPA)", payable at Bangalore, should be made out along with the application form.
